The National Council for Social Development and Education (NCSDE) is an autonomous body established under the Indian Trust Act of 1882. We are committed to facilitating the accreditation of Professional Courses based on the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and the Qualification Packs (QP) designed by the Government of India. Through our affiliation with Training Providers, Training Centres, Educational Institutions, Universities, and other Government and Non-Government organizations, NCSDE strives to promote and deliver Short-Term, Professional, and Vocational Courses of the highest quality.
In keeping with the evolving educational landscape, NCSDE has introduced a comprehensive E-Learning Facility, enabling students from rural and remote areas to access quality education with ease. This initiative ensures that every learner, regardless of geography or circumstance, can attain the key competencies and professional skills envisioned by the Government of India.
Beyond education, NCSDE is deeply dedicated to the holistic development of vulnerable communities. Our work encompasses livelihood enhancement, educational empowerment, healthcare accessibility, and nutritional support, all aimed at fostering sustainable and long-term transformation. We believe that true progress stems from compassion, collaboration, and commitment.
Through strategic partnerships with individuals, organizations, and corporate entities, we actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Government-supported projects, ensuring our endeavors resonate with national goals of inclusive social development.
Every initiative undertaken by NCSDE is guided by a singular vision — to build a more equitable, empowered, and enlightened society. With empathy as our foundation and excellence as our pursuit, we endeavor to be a catalyst for positive change in every community we serve.
We warmly invite you to join us in this mission of transformation. Together, let us create pathways to opportunity, uplift lives, and shape a brighter, more just future for all.
The National Council for Social Development and Education (NCSDE) is guided by a set of core principles that unite education, accreditation, and social advancement under one vision of national growth.
Firstly, NCSDE is committed to quality assurance through accreditation. As an autonomous body registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, it plays a vital role in accrediting professional and vocational programs based on the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and Qualification Packs (QP) developed by the Government of India. Through strategic affiliations with training providers, schools, colleges, universities, and institutions—both government and non-government—NCSDE ensures that learners across India have access to credible, standardized, and industry-relevant education.
Secondly, the organization emphasizes inclusive development through partnership and outreach. NCSDE collaborates with diverse stakeholders, extending its reach to rural and underserved communities. By affiliating local institutions and promoting e-learning, the Council bridges the gap between opportunity and access, ensuring that every individual, regardless of geography, can achieve recognized skills and sustainable livelihoods.
Lastly, NCSDE upholds the principle of social responsibility and human dignity. Education, in our philosophy, is both a means of empowerment and a foundation for equitable progress. Through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Government-funded projects, and community development programs, NCSDE extends its mission beyond classrooms—addressing essential needs such as livelihood enhancement, healthcare access, and nutritional support. Our initiatives strive to create an ecosystem where education drives empowerment, and empowerment fuels lasting social transformation.
The National Council for Social Development and Education (NCSDE) functions through a comprehensive governance framework designed to uphold transparency, accountability, and excellence in all operations. Our organizational structure ensures that every decision—from academic accreditation to social development initiatives—is guided by integrity and professionalism.
At the helm of governance is the Board of Trustees, entrusted with providing strategic vision, policy direction, and institutional oversight. The Board ensures that NCSDE’s goals remain aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), Qualification Packs (QP), and the broader objectives of national education and social welfare.
The Executive Committee translates this vision into action, managing the Council’s day-to-day affairs, program implementation, and inter-institutional affiliations. It oversees the accreditation of training providers, schools, colleges, and universities, ensuring that all affiliated entities maintain the standards and ethics expected of NCSDE.
Supporting these bodies are specialized Operational Teams—comprising project managers, coordinators, field experts, and volunteers—who implement initiatives on the ground. Their efforts extend across domains such as vocational training, livelihood programs, CSR-funded community projects, and government collaborations aimed at inclusive development.
NCSDE’s governance model is built on a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement. Regular audits, performance assessments, and impact studies ensure that our initiatives remain transparent, effective, and socially relevant. This structure not only strengthens internal accountability but also enhances our ability to serve as a trusted partner to government agencies, corporations, and civil society.
Through this dynamic and accountable framework, NCSDE remains steadfast in its mission—to advance education, empower communities, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s social and economic progress.
"To build a just, educated, and equitable society where every individual—irrespective of social or economic circumstance—has access to quality education, accredited skill development, and meaningful livelihood opportunities. NCSDE envisions a nation where empowerment through learning leads to dignity, inclusion, and sustainable progress for all, fostering a community that contributes to the collective advancement of humanity."

We actively cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and international bodies. These collaborations enable NCSDE to expand its reach, share expertise, and enhance the collective impact of education, livelihood, and social welfare initiatives.
NCSDE upholds a rigorous monitoring and evaluation system to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Through data-driven assessments, impact studies, and community feedback, we continuously refine our programs for greater effectiveness and sustainability.
