Job Description


  • The Franchise Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s professional training footprint across multiple states. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and establishing partnerships with potential franchisees for NCSDE-recognized educational and vocational programs. The incumbent will serve as the strategic growth driver, ensuring sustainable revenue generation, compliance, and operational excellence within franchise territories.

Key Responsibilities


  • • Develop and implement regional franchise acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
  • • Identify and qualify potential franchise partners through research, cold outreach, and lead generation
  • • Conduct business feasibility studies and profitability analyses for new franchise prospects
  • • Present the franchise model to investors, educational institutions, and corporate clients
  • • Negotiate franchise agreements, coordinate documentation, and ensure adherence to brand standards
  • • Facilitate franchise partner onboarding, orientation, and performance monitoring
  • • Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and legal teams to support center launches
  • • Track performance metrics, revenue contributions, and ROI from each franchise unit
  • • Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline progress, closures, and market insights
  • • Represent the organization at regional education fairs and networking events

Desired Skills & Competencies


  • • Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in B2B or channel sales
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • • Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint Presentation, Excel, and digital sales reporting platforms
  • • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zones for franchise development and review.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Basic Salary: ₹18,000.00
  • CTC (Max): ₹600,000.00
  • Incentive: Performance-based monthly incentive per franchise center activation.
  • Minimum Output: Onboard a minimum of 5 new franchise centers per month across designated territories.
