Job Description


  • The E-Learning Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing offline and institutional sales networks for the company’s online learning products and digital certification programs. This role bridges the gap between physical learning centers and online course delivery by creating a network of franchisee partners, agencies, and sales facilitators. The incumbent will also lead awareness campaigns, manage partner performance, and ensure seamless integration of payment and enrollment systems within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities


  • • Identify, onboard, and manage offline agents, channel partners, and institutional sales points for e-learning programs
  • • Conduct territory research to identify high-demand academic and skill development zones
  • • Drive sales campaigns for online certification and diploma programs through local partnerships
  • • Train agents and franchisee staff on course catalog, pricing, and enrollment procedures
  • • Coordinate with central marketing teams to deliver promotional content and campaigns
  • • Develop reports on sales metrics, partner productivity, and course uptake rates
  • • Support digital payment facilitation and ensure compliance with institutional agreements
  • • Achieve assigned sales and partnership targets within monthly cycles
  • • Provide strategic feedback to improve the course portfolio and local market penetration.

Desired Skills & Competencies


  • • Excellent understanding of e-learning ecosystems, LMS systems, and digital education trends
  • • Proven experience in B2B2C model or agency-based sales structures
  • • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • • Capable of working under pressure with multi-territory targets
  • • Self-starter mindset with adaptability to evolving technology-based education products.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Basic Salary: ₹14,000.00
  • CTC (Max): ₹480,000.00
  • Incentive: Monthly incentive per course enrollment and institutional sales milestone.
  • Minimum Output: Develop and activate at least 5 new e-learning sales counters or institutional tie-ups per month for online course enrollments.
