Job Description
The Program Development Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing educational and social impact programs under NCSDE’s national initiatives. This role involves developing community engagement models, managing partner institutions, mobilizing volunteers, and ensuring effective on-ground implementation aligned with organizational objectives. The position demands leadership in conceptualizing scalable development programs, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with CSR and governmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design, and implement new educational and social development programs aligned with NCSDE’s mission.
• Mobilize and manage partnerships with NGOs, schools, and local administrative bodies for project collaboration.
• Coordinate volunteer engagement activities across multiple program clusters.
• Conduct baseline surveys, community needs assessments, and impact evaluations for all active initiatives.
• Supervise program coordinators and field teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and transparency in resource utilization.
• Draft proposals and reports for CSR partners, donors, and government departments.
• Plan and conduct review meetings, workshops, and skill-based training sessions for field teams.
• Build strategic alliances with public and private sector organizations for co-funded projects.
• Maintain project dashboards and submit monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in program design, execution, and impact assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle multi-location programs with distributed field teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of CSR guidelines, NGO compliance, and funding proposal preparation.
• Strategic thinking with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: ₹28,000.00
CTC (Max): ₹720,000.00
Incentive: Performance-linked incentive based on successful program launches, CSR tie-ups, and beneficiary milestones achieved.
Minimum Output: Launch and manage at least 3 new program initiatives per quarter and ensure minimum engagement of 1000 beneficiaries every 6 months through both online and offline outreach activities.
