Job Description


  • The Partner Development Manager is a strategic business expansion role focused on building NCSDE’s nationwide and international collaboration ecosystem. The incumbent will identify, negotiate, and manage institutional partnerships with universities, colleges, corporate houses, and accreditation bodies. The objective is to integrate NCSDE’s certified professional courses into their academic and skill development portfolios, while also facilitating reciprocal promotion of partner programs on NCSDE’s online learning platforms. The role demands proactive relationship management, business acumen, and deep understanding of the education and certification market.

Key Responsibilities


  • • Identify and onboard universities, colleges, and corporates for mutual certification and training collaborations. */ • Develop partnership proposals and MoUs for academic tie-ups and affiliate integrations. */ • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership frameworks ensuring win-win engagements. */ • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of partners, from due diligence to content mapping and launch. */ • Coordinate with internal departments for academic alignment, branding, and IT integration. */ • Explore joint certification programs, franchise extensions, and co-branded course offerings. */ • Monitor partner performance, renewal status, and financial contribution metrics. */ • Manage partner retention and satisfaction through periodic review and performance tracking. */ • Represent NCSDE at higher education conferences, EdTech expos, and industry forums. */ • Submit monthly partner development reports and market intelligence briefs to senior management. */

Desired Skills & Competencies


  • • Strong understanding of higher education systems, EdTech markets, and affiliation processes. */ • Proven expertise in B2B relationship management, academic business development, and alliance management. */ • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. */ • Experience in MoU drafting, proposal writing, and institutional onboarding processes. */ • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and academic divisions. */ • High analytical and reporting skills for partnership ROI evaluation and market analysis. */ • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations. */ • Willingness to travel across India for institutional meetings and partnership finalization. */

Compensation & Benefits


  • Basic Salary: ₹36,000.00
  • CTC (Max): ₹840,000.00
  • Incentive: Performance incentive based on partner acquisition, revenue contribution, and retention KPIs.
  • Minimum Output: Sign minimum 10 new institutional tie-ups per quarter with universities, colleges, corporates, and affiliating bodies. Activate at least 5 online certification collaborations per quarter under NCSDE’s accreditation framework.
