Job Description
The Program Funding Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the financial sustainability of NCSDE’s educational and social programs. The incumbent will identify, engage, and secure collaborations with corporate CSR teams, international NGOs, government funding bodies, and philanthropic organizations. The role involves designing funding proposals, negotiating partnerships, and managing donor relationships to ensure alignment with NCSDE’s mission of nationwide educational empowerment and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard CSR, NGO, and government funding partners aligned with NCSDE’s thematic priorities. */
• Develop detailed project proposals, concept notes, and MoUs tailored to funding agency interests. */
• Manage end-to-end donor relations — from proposal submission to fund utilization and reporting. */
• Lead the creation of visibility and branding strategies for corporate partners across digital and offline media. */
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and compliance with donor guidelines. */
• Maintain an updated database of funding prospects, renewal cycles, and performance metrics. */
• Represent NCSDE in donor meetings, CSR forums, and public relations events. */
• Coordinate with audit and legal teams to ensure financial transparency and adherence to statutory requirements. */
• Facilitate staff training on proposal writing, reporting, and partnership management. */
• Track funding pipelines, quarterly projections, and strategic partnership goals. */

Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: ₹60,000.00
CTC (Max): ₹1,400,000.00
Incentive: High-performance incentive linked to funding milestones, donor renewals, and long-term partnership conversions.
Minimum Output: Generate minimum ₹25 lakhs of confirmed funding or sponsorship value per quarter through CSR, institutional, and international donor partnerships. Develop minimum 5 new long-term donor accounts per annum.
