Just ₹100 can gift a child a brand-new dress and a big smile
100 SMILES is an initiative by The National Council for Social Development and Education (NCSDE), aimed at bringing joy and dignity to underprivileged children across India. Each donation of just ₹100 provides one child (aged 3–9) with a brand-new dress — something many of them have never owned.
To collect donations in multiples of ₹100 and distribute 1000+ dresses in the first phase, creating 1000+ smiles on the faces of children in slums, rural areas, and orphanages.
All dresses are sourced from local tailors and small businesses to support the community.
Donations are fully transparent and monitored.
Dress distributions are photographed and documented, with updates shared on social media for accountability.

Every ₹100 goes directly to buying a dress for a child aged 3–9. We ensure transparency and share distribution photos with our donors.
All dresses are stitched by local tailors, so your donation also supports livelihoods in underprivileged communities.
A young girl from rural Madhya Pradesh received her first brand-new dress. Her guardian told us, “She folded it carefully and placed it under her pillow, saying she’ll wear it on her birthday.”
A boy in Uttar Pradesh quietly smiled when he received his dress. His teacher said, “For the first time, he came to school standing tall, adjusting his new shirt with pride.”
In Maharashtra, a local tailor stitched dozens of dresses funded by ₹100 donations. “These aren’t just clothes,” she said, “they’re little bundles of confidence.”
In a small town in Odisha, a child received a dress in a paper bag. He held it close and asked softly, “Can I take it home myself?” That bag carried more than fabric — it carried pride.
A folded dress was placed on a school chair in Rajasthan. A child whispered, “Is this really for me?” Sometimes, the simplest gifts are the most unexpected — and unforgettable.
Each dress is hand-stitched by local artisans — every thread a part of a child’s story. “I imagine their smile with every stitch,” shared one tailor. Dignity, woven into every fold.
